Our Story
On April 2, 2006, Braeburn Presbyterian Church and Bellaire Presbyterian Church joyfully became one congregation. ChristChurch Presbyterian was born out of a love and commitment to serving God's people in our community and beyond. With thanksgiving, we celebrate the new thing God has done and is doing in the life and mission of our church!
In 2021, Presbyterian Church of the Redeemer began to nest on our campus sharing office and worship space!
Our Staff
Sharonda Aaron, Learning Center Director
Sharonda has served the church for over 10 years and is a credentialed day care administrator. She holds an MBA from Texas Women's and BS in psychology from the University of Houston. She also has an Associate degree in child development and a CDA (Child Development Associate) certificate. Her family includes a young daughter.
Rachel Atkinson, Learning Center Curriculum Coordinator
Rachel first worked at the Learning Center when she was 17! After a break, she returned in 2014. She has a son and daughter.
Shanon Brigham, Learning Center Assistant Director
Shanon has been with the Learning Center for over 20 years. Shanon holds a day care administrator credential and a CDA (Child Development Associate) certificate. Shanon and her husband are the parents of an adult son.
Crispin has been with us since 2012. He continues to improve and update our buildings inside and out and handles everything related to our church campus! Crispin and his wife are parents to four children.
Kristy has served as our pastor since 2013. Her family includes her husband and son. Kristy is enthusiastically committed to CCP and determined to serve the congregation well as it explores what it means to be the church in the 21st century.
Amy joined us in November 2020 as a part-time bookkeeper.
Our staff also includes the wonderful caregivers of the
ChristChurch Learning Center!
